It is now Fall
Thanksgiving this weekend. Hooray!

Prepare for warm fall days so you can enjoy the weekend outdoors.

Be aware of the additives in your Thanksgiving dishes. What we add
will make a different. Here are a few things to be aware of:
  • mashed potatoes - adding butter and gravy Adds unwanted calories.
  • enjoy everything in small portions.
  • remember to chew your food - inhaling food does not digest well.
  • cut left over turkey to palm size portions - freeze in small baggies to use if you feel a cold or flu coming on. Eat before bed note how you fell in the morning.
