Thanksgiving this weekend. Hooray!
Prepare for warm fall days so you can enjoy the weekend outdoors.
Be aware of the additives in your Thanksgiving dishes. What we add
will make a different. Here are a few things to be aware of:
- mashed potatoes - adding butter and gravy Adds unwanted calories.
- enjoy everything in small portions.
- remember to chew your food - inhaling food does not digest well.
- cut left over turkey to palm size portions - freeze in small baggies to use if you feel a cold or flu coming on. Eat before bed note how you fell in the morning.
